Doji Technologies is the data controller for this website and for the clankerCAD app.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising. GitHub Pages hosts the website. GitHub processes your IP address and stores it in server logs when you open a page.

The clankerCAD app

clankerCAD processes this data:

• Meta user ID. We use it to sign you in with your Meta account, to confirm that you own the app, and to count your monthly free allowance of AI requests.
• Your instructions and model data. The app sends the text that you enter and the related model data to an AI provider. The provider uses this data to create the answer.
• Usage amounts. We store how much of your allowance you used.

We do not use this data for advertising. We do not sell it.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our backend server and stores the allowance data.
• OpenAI processes your instructions and model data to create the answers. OpenAI gets a hashed identifier, not your Meta user ID.
• Meta Platforms confirms your identity and that you own the app.

These providers can process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States.

Legal basis

We process the data to provide the app to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to prevent abuse of the free allowance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep the allowance data while you use the app. We delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for correction, for deletion, for restriction of processing, and for a copy of your data. You can also object to processing. Send your request to info@doji-tech.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. The authority for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
